Organic + Dairy Farm
We use non-GMO food & indigenous cow's milk
Eating healthy and nutritious food is extremely important for our well being. We have dedicated a major portion of land on site to grow organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables. There is also a herbal garden where we grow essential herbs that are then used for ayurvedic therapies, medicines and food.
Ghee and buttermilk is essential to prepare fresh ayurvedic medicines. We have Sahiwal breed of cows at our dairy farm and dedicated shed with staff to take care of them. We give special feed to the cows that includes herbs such as Alsi, Taramira, Ajwain, Methre, Rock salt, Jaggery, Binola etc. which enhances medicinal properties of the milk.
Taste the goodness of Ayurvedic food prepared by our in-house chefs
Food plays a very important role in maintaining our physical and mental health. At our retreat center, we have a full team of chefs who use fresh ingredients procured from our farms to prepare nutritious, and tasty ayurvedic food for you.
